SINCE IT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE RESOLD.

Return for Refund:

20 calendar days
from purchase date. |
| All Original Tags And Product Labels Must Still Be Attached
In Original Positions And This Will Be Checked Upon Receiving The Merchandise

| Enclose a letter indicating the reason for returning the
merchandise. |
| Enclose a copy of your purchase slip. |
Damaged Or Defective Merchandise:
| Return the merchandise in New
Condition And In The
Original Packing. |
| Enclose a letter indicating how the merchandise was
defective or damaged. |

| Replacement merchandise will be shipped immediately upon
return of the merchandise. |

| Insufficient Checks will be charged a fee of $30.00
each or 1.5% of the check amount, in accordance with Florida Statutes.
